Will this work for sensitive skin?

Yes. All our oils are plant-based with no synthetic fragrances or harsh chemicals. EZ Care is specifically designed for sensitive skin—it's unscented and ultra-gentle. If you're concerned, start with EZ Care or do a patch test first.

Is it actually non-greasy?

Yes. Apply to damp skin (right after shower), massage in, and it absorbs quickly. No slippery residue, no waiting around before getting dressed. The oils penetrate your skin instead of sitting on the surface.

What ingredients are in AIRLUMM oils?

Every ingredient is listed on our product pages and labels. We use plant-based oils like argan, jojoba, coconut, avocado, rosemary, lavender, tea tree, and vitamin E—depending on the formula. No synthetic fragrances, no fillers. What you see is what you get.

Which oil is right for me?

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All AIRLUMM products are 100% plant-based, vegan, and never tested on animals.

Can I use your body oils on my face?

Our body oils are formulated for body use. While the ingredients are gentle, we recommend using products specifically designed for facial skin if you're concerned about breakouts or sensitivity.

Sweet Peace is one of our few products that is safe for facial skin.

How should I apply the oil?

For best results, apply to damp skin right after showering. Use 2-3 pumps (more for larger areas), massage in, and let it absorb before getting dressed. For hair oils, apply to damp or dry hair depending on your preference—a little goes a long way.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders (US) typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders take 2-4 weeks depending on your location and customs processing. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to the US and Canada. International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by country.

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Typically most customers pay around $5.99 for shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime in the "My Account" area of our website.

How do I set up a subscription?

Select the subscription option on any product page, choose your delivery frequency, and checkout as usual. You'll receive your products automatically and can modify or cancel anytime from your account.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription?

Yes. Log into your account and go to "Subscription Management" to update your delivery frequency, skip a shipment, or cancel anytime. No penalties, no hassle.

What's your return policy?

How do I return an item?

Email our customer service team and we'll guide you through the process. For domestic returns, we'll provide return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

What if my product arrives damaged?
